EP Aquaculture Launches 2026 “Shared Vision Wall” Initiative
To kick off the new year with clarity and unity, EP Aquaculture Pty Ltd has officially launched the 2026 “Shared Vision Wall” Initiative, inviting all employees to contribute short phrases, aspirations, or motivating ideas that capture their vision for the year ahead—both personally and collectively.
The campaign encourages individuals and teams to reflect on what they hope to achieve, improve, or build in 2026. Contributions may take the form of a single word, a short statement, or a forward-looking phrase (e.g., “Precision with Purpose”, “Think Green, Act Global”, “One Team, Many Oceans”). Employees are welcome to submit entries anonymously or with their names attached.
Submitted content will be compiled into a visual “Shared Vision Wall” installed at the Adelaide headquarters, as well as featured digitally on the company intranet for global visibility. The initiative aims to foster a stronger sense of collective momentum as the company enters a new chapter of growth, international expansion, and sustainable innovation.
“A shared vision gains strength when it is built collectively. By inviting employees to contribute what motivates them at the beginning of the year, we are both aligning our direction and deepening a culture of participation across the organization,” said the Head of Corporate Communications at the campaign launch.
In addition to the wall installation, selected entries will be woven into 2026 corporate communications materials, including year-round presentation slides, internal posters, and cultural campaigns. Teams are also encouraged to submit joint entries that represent their department’s 2026 focus or values.
The submission period is open until January 24, 2026, with the final wall reveal scheduled for early February. Employees can submit entries through the “Vision Wall Portal” available on the company intranet.
