EP Aquaculture Successfully Holds First “Employee Sharing Session”

EP Aquaculture Pty Ltd successfully held its first EP Talent Sharing Session on July 14, 2025, providing employees with a platform to share practical insights on workflow improvements, innovation practices, and sustainability initiatives. This event aims to strengthen cross-departmental learning while advancing the company’s ongoing Internal Innovation Drive and sustainability strategies.

The session featured six employee representatives from Production, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations Support, sharing experiences on “Daily Innovation Practices,” “Micro Energy-Saving Actions,” and “Workflow Optimization.” The event was well-received, with active participation, questions, and lively discussions.

At the event, the Director of Strategy and Organizational Development remarked:

“Continuous improvement and valuable insights from our front-line employees are key drivers of the company’s growth. Sharing platforms like this encourage employees from different backgrounds to learn from each other and inspire ideas, building organizational innovation and team cohesion.”

Highlighted sharing examples included:

A handmade water quality monitoring tool to improve daily monitoring efficiency;

Adjustments to warehouse temperature control systems, resulting in a 5% energy saving;

Creation of automated customer feedback summary sheets to reduce cross-departmental communication time.

The session also included reminders about the ongoing Internal Innovation Drive and Sustainability Action Month, encouraging employees to submit micro-innovation practices for formal proposal consideration to build a closed-loop system for continuous improvement.

EP Aquaculture will continue hosting these sharing sessions to promote internal knowledge transfer and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring practical experiences and creative ideas are shared across the company to build a high-quality, sustainable internal innovation ecosystem.
