EP Aquaculture Launches “Our Ocean Stories” Employee Content Initiative

EP Aquaculture Pty Ltd launched its first “Our Ocean Stories” internal content co-creation initiative on August 12, 2025, inviting employees from across the organization to share their personal stories and reflections connected to the ocean, sustainable aquaculture, and daily work experiences. The initiative is designed to integrate authentic employee voices into the company’s global brand narrative and support its international communications strategy.

The program encourages submissions in a variety of formats—written reflections, photographs, voice recordings, or short videos—focusing on three themes: Ocean Connection, Sustainable Practices, and Global Dialogue. All employees, from frontline technicians to logistics, marketing, and support teams, are encouraged to contribute personal experiences that reflect commitment, craftsmanship, or passion for the company’s values.

At the kickoff announcement, a representative from the Corporate Communications Office stated:

“Our global brand is powered by more than technology and products—it’s built on the lived experiences of the people behind them. Through ‘Our Ocean Stories’, we want the world to hear the voices of those who make sustainable aquaculture a reality every day.”

Early story submissions have already included:

A hatchery technician’s story about monitoring water quality at dawn in remote coastal sites;

A shipping team member’s photo log showing temperature tracking during late-night deliveries;

A marketer’s reflections on co-developing new packaging with sustainability in mind.

Selected entries will be featured in the company’s global brand materials, including campaign visuals, website localization efforts, and trade event content. A showcase and preview session will be held at the end of August, with recognition for outstanding contributions and opportunities for further participation in storytelling and media projects.

The submission window remains open until September 10, 2025. Employees can upload their content directly via the “Brand Co-Creation” section on the company intranet.

EP Aquaculture will continue to integrate employee-driven narratives into its external communications to strengthen brand authenticity, promote internal engagement, and highlight the human dimension of its sustainability mission.
