II. Growth of the First Batch of Salmon Fry

Our company completed the first release of 100,000 salmon fry in June 2019, and after nearly six months of aquaculture monitoring, the latest data shows that the salmon have grown well, with a survival rate of 92%, far exceeding the industry average. This success is mainly due to the following factors:

III. Market Feedback and Sales Strategy Adjustments

Although our company is still in the trial operation phase, market feedback has already shown that EP Aquaculture’s products have great potential. Initial market research indicates a growing consumer demand for sustainable seafood, and our company’s future sales strategy will focus on the following areas:

1. Direct Sales Model: Establishing direct partnerships with high-end restaurants and supermarkets to reduce intermediaries and increase profit margins.

2. Brand Certification: Applying for organic certification and MSC sustainable certification to enhance brand credibility.

3. Expanding Export Markets: Our company is currently in discussions with seafood importers from China, Japan, and Europe, laying the groundwork for future international market expansion.

IV. Future Development Plans

Based on the successful trial experience in 2019, EP Aquaculture plans to expand production scale in 2020 and launch a second aquaculture facility.
